In this situation, your wallet is most likely compromised (someone has obtained unauthorized access).

To limit damage please follow these steps immediately:

  1. Stop using the compromised wallet and treat it as permently unsafe.

  2. Create a new wallet with your trusted wallet provider

  3. Transfer whatever funds you still control to a newly created wallet not just one on Hyperliquid Network

  4. Revoke access permissions (If you haven’t given away your seed phrase)

    1. Remove smart contract permissions with https://revoke.cash and browser extensions or suspicious services connected to the compromised wallet.

  5. Report to us

    1. Reach out via our support system and provide details so we can assist with transferring your XP, referrals and card, which are tied to your wallet address.

Disclaimer:

  1. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible and you control the wallet, we unfortunately cannot reverse the transactions of lost assets.
