Terms and Conditions Governing BasedApp Visa XSGD Debit Card (" SGD Cashback Programme")

The Cashback Programme is applicable to the following cards ("Qualifying Cards")

The Cashback Programme enables eligible cardholders ("Customer") to earn 1% on eligible spend categories by paying with the BasedApp Visa XSGD Debit Card.

Cashback rewards are computed monthly at the end of every calendar month.

Cashback will be deposited in the form of XSGD into eligible cardholder's BasedApp Debit card.

Reduced cashback rates will be awarded for the following transactions: 

1. payments to financial institutions (including banks, online trading platforms and brokerages);
2. any top-ups or payment of funds to payment service providers, prepaid accounts any prepaid accounts or purchase of prepaid cards/credits (including but not limited to EZ-Link, GrabPay, NETS FlashPay, Transit Link, Razer Pay, ShopeePay, Singtel Dash);
3. any betting transactions (including levy payments to local casinos, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, off-track betting and wagers);
4. any other transactions determined by BasedApp from time to time.

Reduced cashback rates are capped at 0.35% of the transaction value.

No cashback will be paid on below transactions:

1. Any unposted, voided, cancelled, disputed or reversed transactions within the calendar month for any reason

BasedApp reserves the right for claw-back of Cashback reward amount without prior notice if we reasonably determined that the customer is not eligible for the cashback, including but not limited to occasions where the Cashback was credited due to error.

BasedApp reserves the right to amend the terms of this Cashback T&amp;Cs without prior notification.

BasedApp's decision on all matters pertaining to this Cashback Programme is final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
