Like any other cards, your refunds with BasedApp will be processed as per normal once we receive the refund notice from the network.

However, as your funds are held on-chain, we will have to credit your account with the refunded amount. This is currently a manual process, hence do expect a delay of 1-3 working days as we check each refund and clear them off the list.

If you believe you have a legitimate refund request that has not been processed after 3 working days, do reach out to us in-app via the chat function and we will seek to resolve them asap.
