Card Fees

BasedApp Basic Orange Card

BasedApp basic orange card is our basic offering, enabling users seamless access to spend their onchain assets anywhere.


​BasedApp USD Settled Card

  • Annual Fees: USD $30 per annum (Free for Singapore-based residents)

  • Deposit Fees: There are no fees for deposit

  • Foreign Transaction Fee: 1.5% on top of Visa Exchange Rate.

  • Physical Card Issuance and Delivery Fee: USD $70 (delivery via DHL)

  • Card Replacement Fee: USD $70

  • Smart convert fee - automatically applies when your card balance asset falls below required transaction amount

    • Crypto-to-fiat (ie. SOL to USD): 1%

    • Fiat-to-fiat (ie. USD to SGD): 0.5%

  • Swap fee

    • Crypto-to-fiat: 1%

    • Fiat-to-fiat: 0.5%

BasedApp Gold Card

BasedApp Gold Card is our premium offering, enabling users worldwide with easy USD and SGD spending using their assets on Solana and Polygon.

  • Fees: $1,499 per year

  • Annual Fees: USD$550 to keep Gold+ perks. Waived for the first year.

  • Deposit Fees: There are no fees for deposit

  • Foreign Transaction Fees: No additional foreign currency markup on top of Visa exchange rates.

  • Physical Card Issuance and Delivery Fee: Included in the signup fee, worldwide delivery via registered mail

  • Card replacement fee inclusive of delivery: USD $200

  • Smart convert fee - automatically applies when your card balance asset falls below required transaction amount

    • Crypto-to-fiat (ie. SOL to USD): 1%

    • Fiat-to-fiat (ie. USD to SGD): 0.5% (0% from now until APRIL 2025)

  • Swap fee (within card UI, this does not apply to the self-custodial Polygon wallet)

    • Crypto-to-fiat: 1%

    • Fiat-to-fiat: 0.5%
