Terms and Conditions Governing BasedApp Referral Campaign (" Referral Programme")
The Referral Programme is applicable to the following cards ("Qualifying Cards")
BasedApp Visa XSGD Debit Card
The Referral Programme enables eligible cardholders ("Referrers") and potential cardholders ("Referred") to earn 10,000 BasedApp points ("Welcome Bonus") each, upon the completion of the following activities by the Referred:
Complete the KYC and signup for a BasedApp Visa XSGD Debit Card (Virtual or Physical)
Spend at least S$100 of eligible spend within 1 month of card approval.
Eligible spend refers to all expenditure excluding the following:
payments to financial institutions (including banks, online trading platforms and brokerages);
any top-ups or payment of funds to payment service providers, prepaid accounts any prepaid accounts or purchase of prepaid cards/credits (including but not limited to EZ-Link, GrabPay, NETS FlashPay, Transit Link, Razer Pay, ShopeePay, Singtel Dash, BigPay);
any betting transactions (including levy payments to local casinos, lottery tickets, casino gaming chips, off-track betting and wagers);
any other transactions determined by BasedApp from time to time.
There are no limits to the number of successful referrals a referrers is eligible for. Additional referrals are granted on a case by case basis at BasedApp team's sole discretion.
Referral Programme promotional period will commence on 18 JUL 2024. BasedApp reserves the right to make changes to the promotional period, including ending the promotion prematurely without any prior communication.
Referral Programme rewards will be deposited in the form of BasedApp points into eligible cardholder's account within 14 days of successful completion of all activities.
BasedApp reserves the right for claw-back of Referral Programme reward points without prior notice if we reasonably determined that the customer is not eligible for the Referral Programme Bonus, including but not limited to occasions where the Welcome Bonus was credited due to error.
BasedApp reserves the right to amend the terms of this Referral Programme T&Cs without prior notification.
BasedApp's decision on all matters pertaining to this Referral Programme is final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
