To cancel your card, please contact support to fulfill the request. Canceling the BasedApp card will deactivate the card permanently so no new transactions can be made. You will still be able to use the BasedApp wallet and withdraw any remaining funds from the BasedApp card.

Do note that there will be a card replacement fee in case you were to change your mind after the cancellation. If you want to reapply for the BasedApp card, just contact our support team and we will get it sorted for you.
