Accidents happen and we understand it. If you lose your physical card, please immediately login to BasedApp to report lost card. Your card will be locked to prevent spending.

Please contact the support team to request for a replacement card. You should receive a replacement card in 2 weeks.
Additional card replacement fee may apply.
