What happens if I lost my physical card?

Accidents happen and we understand it. If you lose your physical card, please immediately login to BasedApp and contact the support team to report lost card. Your card will be locked to prevent spending.

If you request for a replacement card. You should receive a replacement card in 2 weeks.

For quick responce time do include your KYC email so we can quickly assist you
