<b>Terms and Conditions Governing Festive Draw Campaign ("Promotion")</b>

This Promotion is applicable to all verified BasedApp account holders, subject to terms and conditions below.

This Promotion will start from 1 NOV 2023, 12PM SGT and end on 10 DEC 2023, 12PM SGT.

Eligible BasedApp account holders are enrolled automatically into this Promotion.

In conjunction with the launch of <a href="https://help.basedapp.io/en/articles/8488399-basedrewards-t-c">BasedRewards</a> point system, all points earned by BasedApp account holders through eligible spend, and recurring swap transactions will contribute towards increasing the chance to win this Promotion.

Every 100 points earned via the eligible activities will automatically earn 1 raffle ticket.

Each account is eligible to for a maximum of 100 raffle tickets, thereafter, any additional points earned will not contribute to the raffle ticket count.

All winner will be notified via email as per their account sign-up information.

For avoidance of doubt, raffle tickets are given as is, and they are non-transferable. 

Raffle tickets will expire upon the completion of this campaign, after the raffle draw is made.

BasedApp's transaction records and internal records on the number of Raffle tickets awarded to each BasedApp account shall be final and conclusive. No correspondence or disputes on the number of Raffle tickets will be entertained.

BasedApp reserves the right to amend the terms of this promotion T&amp;C without prior notification.
