Once the BasedApp card product is launched, those who have indicated interest via the sign-up form will be prioritized to be onboarded.

You will be required to complete a short KYC form in order to obtain the card. For those with SingPass access, you will be able to retrieve your information to complete the KYC form. This will expedite your application as we will not have to manually verify your information.

Those without a SingPass access can still manually complete the KYC form. However, we may have to request for additional documents to verify your details. Should this be the need, we will contact you from [email protected] email box separately for more information.

We strive to complete all KYC screening and complete the approval process within 3 days of the registration, so that you won't have to wait that long to use your shiny new BasedApp card!
