BasedApp Card is tied to the account that you used to register and order the card.
If you can't log in, the most common cause is you are using a different account to log in previously. Here are some of the most common reasons why:
You used a different email
You logged in with Google previously and is now trying to login using email
Even though your gmail (e.g. [email protected]) is a Google account, logging in with Google and Email using the same gmail account is considered as two different logins.
You used a phone number to log in previously
As BasedApp is a self-custody wallet, we will not be able to recover your account if you unfortunately lost access to your email. We recommend users to add a backup address to their BasedApp account.
