I can't login to my BasedApp account

I have registered for a card but I can't login to my account

BasedApp Card is tied to the account that you used to register and order the card.

If you can't log in, the most common cause is you are using a different account to log in previously. Here are some of the most common reasons why:

  • You used a different email

  • You logged in with Google previously and is now trying to login using email

    • Even though your gmail (e.g. [email protected]) is a Google account, logging in with Google and Email using the same gmail account is considered as two different logins.

  • You used a phone number to log in previously

As BasedApp is a self-custody wallet, we will not be able to recover your account if you unfortunately lost access to your email. We recommend users to add a backup address to their BasedApp account.
